Plant Based Plan

Our Plant Based plan is designed for those who don’t eat meat, but still want healthy, balanced Plant Based food with lots of delicious variety.

Not only do we actively seek out free-range and cruelty-free sources for our other meal plans, but we also offer a delicious Plant Based meal plan that includes options to suit all kinds of Plant Based diets. Each week, in addition to dishes that are completely free of animal and animal-derived proteins. So no matter what kind of Plant Based diet you follow, you can be sure that Eat Right Meal Plan has plenty of delicious choices for you!


Our Plant Based meals:

  • Generally contain 290-350 calories

  • Never frozen or canned

  • Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar

  • Includes legumes, nuts, & seeds to provide essential fatty acids

  • High in fibrous vegetables

  • Tasty and satisfying

  • Includes limited meal options with egg and dairy

  • No other animal proteins are used

Each Plant Based meal item includes calorie and macro information for you to calculate your dietary intake and manage your exercise regiment.

Monday   8 / 19   Meal Choices


1. Mojo Tempeh

Tempeh marinated our mojo marinade then fire-roasted, served with brown rice, black beans, and garnished with an orange slice


2. Italian "Meatballs"

Vegan meatballs served with fresh spinach, farfalle bow tie pasta topped with marinara and vegan mozzarella cheese


3. Smoked Tofu with Pineapple Salsa

Smoked Tofu seared to perfection served with brown rice, grape tomatoes, topped with a pineapple jalapeno salsa garnished with cilantro


4. Mole Crumble Chili Ravioli - Signature

Steamed broccoli served with vegan ravioli, and meatless crumbles slow-cooked in our mole sauce, garnished with sliced jalapeno

Thursday   8 / 22   Meal Choices


1. Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Seitan (signature)

Creamy red potato mash served with steamed green beans, and seitan served with a side of our house made sun dried tomato pesto


2. Madarin Sesame Tofu

Juicy tofu marinated I coconut aminos, seared with Asian spices, sesame seeds, served with steamed snap peas, and basmati rice, topped with green onions to garnish


3. Baked Ziti

Rigatoni pasta served with a marinara almond ricotta mix, fresh spinach, meatless crumbles, and garnished with basil


4. Lemon CaperTempeh

Our house-made red potato mash served with oven-roasted broccoli, and our lemon seared tempeh, garnished with capers and a lemon slice


Orders placed by Friday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Monday.

Orders placed by Monday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Thursday.
