Plant Based Plan

Our Plant Based plan is designed for those who don’t eat meat, but still want healthy, balanced Plant Based food with lots of delicious variety.

Not only do we actively seek out free-range and cruelty-free sources for our other meal plans, but we also offer a delicious Plant Based meal plan that includes options to suit all kinds of Plant Based diets. Each week, in addition to dishes that are completely free of animal and animal-derived proteins. So no matter what kind of Plant Based diet you follow, you can be sure that Eat Right Meal Plan has plenty of delicious choices for you!


Our Plant Based meals:

  • Generally contain 290-350 calories

  • Never frozen or canned

  • Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar

  • Includes legumes, nuts, & seeds to provide essential fatty acids

  • High in fibrous vegetables

  • Tasty and satisfying

  • Includes limited meal options with egg and dairy

  • No other animal proteins are used

Each Plant Based meal item includes calorie and macro information for you to calculate your dietary intake and manage your exercise regiment.





Plant Based Menu


Monday   10 / 21   Meal Choices


1. Seitan w/ Olive Tapenade

Our creamy red potato mash served with flame grilled asparagus, and our juicy pan seared seitan served with a side of house made olive tapenade garnished with parsley


2. Asian "Meatballs"

Two vegan meatballs garnished with green onions and sesame seeds served with steamed broccoli and low glycemic basmati rice served with a side of gochujang sauce


3. Tempeh Parm

Rigatoni pasta cooked al dente, topped with marinara, served with steamed asparagus, pan seared tempeh topped with mozzarella cheese and garnished with basil


4. Lomo Saltado

Brown rice served with roasted onion, tomatoes, seitan, with sweet potato fries and a side of our verde sauce


5. Rosemary Lime Grilled Tofu

Oven roasted tofu served with steamed asparagus, creamy red potato mash, served with a side of sherry wine sauce


6. Citrus Chile Tempeh

potato mash served with a Citrus Chile sauce


7. Thai Crumble Basil

Basmati rice served with meatless crumbles cooked with coconut aminos, sesame oil, served with snap peas, shredded carrots, garnished with sesame seeds and served with low sodium teriyaki sauce


8. Lemon CaperTempeh

Our house-made red potato mash served with oven-roasted broccoli, and our lemon seared tempeh, garnished with capers and a lemon slice


9. Tempeh Fajita Bowl

Yellow rice served with seasoned tempeh, served with yellow and red bell peppers, red onions, topped with pico de Gallo served with a side of avocado vegan sour cream


10. "Popeyes" Tempeh Sandwich (Signature)

Low calorie, low carb bun, served with grilled tempeh, topped with pickles and our Housemade Russian slaw. Served with a side of our house made vegan burger sauce.

Thursday   10 / 24   Meal Choices


1. Tempeh Cacciatore

Spaghetti pasta cooked al dente served with fresh diced tomatoes, sautéed cremini mushrooms, pan seared tempeh served with a side of white wine sauce


2. Blackened Jackfruit

Cilantro lime farro, served with oven roasted red cabbage, pan seared blackened jackfruit, served with a side of thai chili sauce


3. Orange Ginger Tofu

Orange and ginger zested tofu, flame grilled, served with steamed broccoli, and basmati rice


4. Mint Lime Grilled Tofu

Quinoa served with roasted red peppers, Tofu marinated in lime juice and flame-grilled with fresh mint leaves


5. Mango Habanero Jackfruit Walnut Tacos

Tacos with jackfruit, walnuts, pico de gallo, shredded cabbage, topped with vegan cheese and served with a half of an avocado


6. Dijon Philly "Cheesesteak" Stuffed Peppers

bell pepper stuffed with seitan, mushrooms, green bell peppers, vegan cheese and served with a side of dijon vegan aioli


7. Everything Bagel Seasoned Tempeh

Tempeh seasoned with everything bagel seasoning(poppy seeds, white & black sesame seeds), served with steamed asparagus and oven-roasted diced red potato


8. Crumble Enchiladas

Crumble enchiladas wrapped in mini tortillas, made with low sodium enchilada sauce, topped with vegan cheddar cheese, black sliced olives, served with grape tomatoes and brown rice and a side of vegan sour cream


9. Seitan Hibachi (Signature)

Asian noodles served with roasted zucchini, sliced steamed carrots, juicy tender seitan, and a side of our vegan spicy mayo


10. Stuffed Shells

Basil meatless crumbles served with two stuffed shells filled with almond ricotta cheese, served with steamed broccoli, topped with marinara and vegan mozzarella cheese


Orders placed by Friday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Monday.

Orders placed by Monday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Thursday.
