Plant Based Plan

Our Plant Based plan is designed for those who don’t eat meat, but still want healthy, balanced Plant Based food with lots of delicious variety.

Not only do we actively seek out free-range and cruelty-free sources for our other meal plans, but we also offer a delicious Plant Based meal plan that includes options to suit all kinds of Plant Based diets. Each week, in addition to dishes that are completely free of animal and animal-derived proteins. So no matter what kind of Plant Based diet you follow, you can be sure that Eat Right Meal Plan has plenty of delicious choices for you!


Our Plant Based meals:

  • Generally contain 290-350 calories

  • Never frozen or canned

  • Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar

  • Includes legumes, nuts, & seeds to provide essential fatty acids

  • High in fibrous vegetables

  • Tasty and satisfying

  • Includes limited meal options with egg and dairy

  • No other animal proteins are used

Each Plant Based meal item includes calorie and macro information for you to calculate your dietary intake and manage your exercise regiment.

Monday   12 / 9   Meal Choices


1. Tempeh Cacciatore (Signature)

Spaghetti served with sliced red tomato, sliced mushrooms, italian herb tempeh with a side of white wine vegan butter sauce


2. Greek Baked Tofu

Lemon basmati rice served with a vegetable medley of oven roasted zucchini, oven roasted red onions, and grape tomatoes, seared greek spiced pan seared tofu, topped with vegan cheese


3. Cajun Butter Seitan

Oven roasted potatoes served with steamed sugar snap peas, cajun rubbed seitan, served with a vegan butter sauce


4. Bourbon Tofu

Marinated tofu, served with basmati rice, steamed broccoli, a side of bourbon sauce, garnish with green onion and sesame seeds

Thursday   12 / 12   Meal Choices


1. Thai Peanut Seitan Sesame (Signature)

Jasmine rice served with oriental stir fry (broccoli, carrots, red bell peppers, water chestnuts, sugar snap peas, and mushrooms), seasoned seitan cooked with sesame oil, served with a thai peanut sauce


2. Mango Sriracha Tempeh

Basmati Rice served with roasted red and green peppers, served with tender tempeh topped with diced mango garnish and a side of chili sriracha


3. Chipotle Vegan Barbacoa

Cilantro basmati rice served with chipotle jackfruit "barbacoa", mushrooms, peppers, and served with roasted purple cabbage and a side of pico de Gallo


4. Lemon Garlic Tempeh

Red Potato mash served with steamed asparagus, lemon garlic roasted tempeh, served with an roasted garlic aioli and garnished with a lemon slice


Orders placed by Friday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Monday.

Orders placed by Monday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Thursday.
