Plant Based Plan

Our Plant Based plan is designed for those who don’t eat meat, but still want healthy, balanced Plant Based food with lots of delicious variety.

Not only do we actively seek out free-range and cruelty-free sources for our other meal plans, but we also offer a delicious Plant Based meal plan that includes options to suit all kinds of Plant Based diets. Each week, in addition to dishes that are completely free of animal and animal-derived proteins. So no matter what kind of Plant Based diet you follow, you can be sure that Eat Right Meal Plan has plenty of delicious choices for you!


Our Plant Based meals:

  • Generally contain 290-350 calories

  • Never frozen or canned

  • Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar

  • Includes legumes, nuts, & seeds to provide essential fatty acids

  • High in fibrous vegetables

  • Tasty and satisfying

  • Includes limited meal options with egg and dairy

  • No other animal proteins are used

Each Plant Based meal item includes calorie and macro information for you to calculate your dietary intake and manage your exercise regiment.

Monday   6 / 8   Meal Choices


1. Lemon Butter Herb Tofu

Diced red potato served with steamed green beans and grilled lemon herb tofu served with a vegan butter sauce


2. Thai Coconut Curry Vegan Meatballs

Basmati rice served with sliced green bell peppers, vegan meatballs served with a coconut red curry sauce


3. Creamy Beef & Shells

Shell pasta served with a creamy marinara sauce served with meatless crumbles garnished with vegan cheddar cheese and steamed asparagus


4. Buffalo Chickn' Alfredo (Signature)

Spaghetti pasta tossed in our homemade cashew alfredo sauce served with steamed broccoli topped with a juicy fire grilled tempeh glazed with buffalo sauce

Thursday   6 / 11   Meal Choices


1. Seitan & Cremini Mushroom Risotto (Signature)

Arborio rice, cremini mushrooms, white wine, seitan, shallots, and vegan parmesan


2. Thyme Mustard Grilled Tofu

Farro cooked with steamed green beans served with mustard glazed tofu garnished with thyme


3. Chickn' Bacon Ranch

Creamy red potato mash served with roasted brussel sprouts, chickn' strips topped with vegan bacon bits, garnished with ranch dressing


4. Honey Balsamic Seitan

Zucchini noodles served with sliced grape tomatoes and herb seitan drizzled with balsamic glaze


Orders placed by Friday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Monday.

Orders placed by Monday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Thursday.
