Plant Based Plan

Our Plant Based plan is designed for those who don’t eat meat, but still want healthy, balanced Plant Based food with lots of delicious variety.

Not only do we actively seek out free-range and cruelty-free sources for our other meal plans, but we also offer a delicious Plant Based meal plan that includes options to suit all kinds of Plant Based diets. Each week, in addition to dishes that are completely free of animal and animal-derived proteins. So no matter what kind of Plant Based diet you follow, you can be sure that Eat Right Meal Plan has plenty of delicious choices for you!

 

Our Plant Based meals:

  • Generally contain 290-350 calories

  • Never frozen or canned

  • Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar

  • Includes legumes, nuts, & seeds to provide essential fatty acids

  • High in fibrous vegetables

  • Tasty and satisfying

  • Includes limited meal options with egg and dairy

  • No other animal proteins are used

Each Plant Based meal item includes calorie and macro information for you to calculate your dietary intake and manage your exercise regiment.

 

 

 

 

Plant Based Menu

 

Monday   6 / 28   Meal Choices

 

1. Mongolian Seitan (Signature)

Char-grilled seitan tossed in a Mongolian citrus sauce on a bed of fried rice and steamed bok choy.

 

2. Nashville Hot chickn

Bold flavor Nashville Hot "Chickn" with pickles, creamy grits, and a side of oven roasted broccoli.

 

3. Creamy garlic Tofu

Full-flavored, chef-cut tofu resting on a bed of coconut cream and vegan cheese-tossed penne pasta. Served with wild-grown steamed asparagus.

 

4. Yellow curry impossible balls

Yellow coconut curried Impossible balls on a bed of pearled couscous, spinach, and butternut squash.

Thursday   7 / 1   Meal Choices

 

1. Cajun Tofu (Signature)

Cajun grilled tofu on a dairy-free cheesy polenta and charred asparagus with a blackened margarine butter sauce.

 

2. Meatless lo mein

Meatless crumbles served with a vegetable medley of peas and carrots spaghetti stir fry. All tossed in our in-house stir-fry sauce.

 

3. Seitan Gyro

Tender bits of seitan. Accompanied by farro and zucchini topped with a mixture of Tzatziki, tomatoes, and feta.

 

4. Spicy pear tofu

Tempting tempeh perfectly seasoned. Nuzzled on a bed of pears, rice, and steamed asparagus. Drizzled in a tangy but sweet and sour sauce.

 

Orders placed by Friday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Monday.

Orders placed by Monday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Thursday.

Antibiotic-free Poultry

We use only fresh and free-range poultry that has been certified to be free of any antibiotics for a truly gourmet taste.

Grass Fed Beef

We seek out only the finest gourmet ingredients, including premium cuts of grass-fed beef. No other plan has such exacting quality standards.

All of our seafood is sustainably caught in the wild by real fishermen, and is never farmed or treated with chemicals or preservatives.
