Plant Based Plan

Our Plant Based plan is designed for those who don’t eat meat, but still want healthy, balanced Plant Based food with lots of delicious variety.

Not only do we actively seek out free-range and cruelty-free sources for our other meal plans, but we also offer a delicious Plant Based meal plan that includes options to suit all kinds of Plant Based diets. Each week, in addition to dishes that are completely free of animal and animal-derived proteins. So no matter what kind of Plant Based diet you follow, you can be sure that Eat Right Meal Plan has plenty of delicious choices for you!


Our Plant Based meals:

  • Generally contain 290-350 calories

  • Never frozen or canned

  • Without artificial additives, preservatives, or added sugar

  • Includes legumes, nuts, & seeds to provide essential fatty acids

  • High in fibrous vegetables

  • Tasty and satisfying

  • Includes limited meal options with egg and dairy

  • No other animal proteins are used

Each Plant Based meal item includes calorie and macro information for you to calculate your dietary intake and manage your exercise regiment.

Monday   1 / 20   Meal Choices


1. Crumble Ravioli

Vegan raviolis topped with spaghetti sauce, served with steamed green beans, meatless crumbles, garnished with basil


2. Mint Lime Grilled Tofu

Quinoa served with roasted red peppers, Tofu marinated in lime juice and flame-grilled with fresh mint leaves


3. Citrus Chile Tempeh

Flame-grilled tempeh served with steamed broccoli, red potato mash, served with a Citrus Chile sauce


4. Jalapeno Popper Tempeh (Signature)

Diced roasted seasoned red potato served with cherry tomatoes, fire grilled tempeh garnished with diced jalapeno and vegan cheddar cheese

Thursday   1 / 23   Meal Choices


1. Super Power Bowl

Quinoa & Brown rice served with sriracha glazed beyond burger topped with vegan cheese, red onions, and grape tomatoes


2. Thai Crumble Basil

Basmati rice served with meatless crumbles cooked with coconut aminos, sesame oil, and low sodium teriyaki sauce. Served with snap peas, shredded carrots, garnished with sesame seeds


3. Buffalo Tempeh Mac n Cheese

Pasta served al dente topped with our housemade cashew cheese sauce, served with steamed broccoli and flame grilled tempeh, topped with vegan cheese


4. Seared Tofu w/ Spicy Remoulade (Signature)

Orzo served with steamed asparagus, seared lime pepper tofu, served with a spicy remoulade


Orders placed by Friday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Monday.

Orders placed by Monday at 1pm will be delivered that upcoming Thursday.

We use only fresh and free-range poultry that has been certified to be free of any antibiotics for a truly gourmet taste.

All of our seafood is sustainably caught in the wild by real fishermen, and is never farmed or treated with chemicals or preservatives.
