1. Services

We offer meal prep delivery services to individuals who have subscribed to our services on our website. The meals are prepared and packaged in accordance with the dietary preferences indicated during the subscription process.

2. Subscription

The subscription to our service is open and does not involve any contractual obligations. A customer may pause their subscription at any time and may resume the service when they wish to do so. Members can also cancel at their convenience. Cancellation/Pause requests must be emailed to**Help@time2eatright.com** by 6pm on Thursdays or submitted through your member portal by Thursday 6 pm. If cancellations are made after that time your account will be credited the full amount paid to be used at a later time.

3. Payment

Payment for the services will be collected at the beginning of each billing cycle. If a customer pauses their subscription, no payment will be collected for the duration of the pause.

4. Delivery

Delivery of meals will be made weekly to the address provided during the subscription process. In case of changes in the delivery address, the customer must inform the company in advance.

5. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our website.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
